A Smashing Success

"Trivia fans and philanthropists enjoyed an outstanding evening of games, great food and a silent auction at the annual Pink Friday Trivia Night on February 24 at the Stoney Creek Hotel and Convention Center in Independence, Missouri. More than $35,000 was raised that evening to benefit the Stephanie Vest Foundation. Based out of Lee’s Summit, this non-profit has assisted families since 2008, awarding financial grants to pay living expenses during cancer treatment. All money raised stays in the metro and goes directly to families in need. The foundation’s goal is to bridge the gap when a parent cannot work due to cancer treatment."
